Sharing Your Information
I do not sell, trade, rent, or retransmit any Personally Identifiable Information I collect online unless I have your permission. Any Personally Identifiable Information which is provided by my customers will be used for your purchases and retained in hard copy form of the original invoice as well as within my database system, which generates my invoices. My database is securely encrypted. Occasionally, I must provide Personally Identifiable Information in response to court order, subpoena, or government investigation. I also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that I in good faith believe to be unlawful. I may release Personally Identifiable Information when I believe that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply my Limited Warranty or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and myselves.
